CEO & CO-FOUNDER[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Daniela Teixeira works at the intersection of strategic governance, decision architecture and institutional capacity, with a particular focus on complex systems subject to transformation, regulatory pressure and executive demands.<\/p>\n

Her career spans nearly two decades across highly complex organisations in Portugal and internationally, encompassing executive and management responsibilities, multidisciplinary coordination, service design and reorganisation, and participation in institutional transformation processes.<\/p>\n

This experience combines institutional insight, strategic thinking and executive experience with an in-depth understanding of the mechanisms of decision-making, authority, coordination and execution within critical structures.<\/p>\n

She has worked in internationally recognised hospital environments across London, Dubai and Riyadh, within highly regulated multicultural settings, contributing to the opening, expansion and reorganisation of services, service design and multidisciplinary coordination in environments of significant organisational, executive and reputational demands.<\/p>\n

She holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration, with a specialisation in Healthcare, and a Master’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration, both completed in Spain. Manuel Jorge Andrade<\/h6>\n

CO-FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE PARTNER[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Manuel Jorge Andrade is a senior executive with more than two decades of experience in technology, digital transformation and complex systems architecture, having led strategic programmes across international organisations and large-scale environments.<\/p>\n

His professional experience includes senior leadership roles at SAP, Novabase, Accenture and Vodafone, with responsibility for technological transformation programmes, critical systems architecture, digital infrastructure and complex implementation environments.<\/p>\n

At Expand Strategy, he contributes a complementary perspective on the technological and systemic dimensions of institutional transformation, viewing technology not merely as an operational tool, but as critical infrastructure for coordination, decision-making and organisational transformation.<\/p>\n
